Live Program Registration

We offer secure online credit/debit card registration (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover accepted).

NOTE: To ensure inclusion on class lists, AFTER BUSINESS HOURS ON FRIDAY PRECEDING YOUR INTENDED PROGRAM (5 p.m. EST), YOU SHOULD REGISTER AT THE DOOR! OR BRING A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENT APPROVAL. If a member of a group and/or a “repeater,” call and leave your information at 800.765.8246 before 7:30 a.m. the morning of the program.

NOTE: Because of the permutations of registration, payment amounts are potentially several (e.g., you subsequently join a group). There are several fields below. Only complete the ones that apply. If questions remain, call 800.765.8246 during business hours, eastern standard time, or 24/7 to leave your name, phone number, and inquiry.

NOTE: Secure online credit/debit card payments of live program registrants will normally be processed within 24 hours. Simultaneously, the name(s) of the registrant(s) will be entered on the appropriate class list(s) (alphabetically by school, if school is known). In that a registrant’s payment status may change up until 7:30 a.m. the morning of the program (e.g., become part of a group, group size changes, etc.), subsequent adjustments in payment amounts will be determined at the program check-in and made following the program.

NOTE:

  1. Be sure not to submit information at the secure site in CAPS mode.
  2. Do not submit debit card information more than once.
  3. If your submission is declined, you may want to try again 15 minutes later, or do the offline option.
  4. Disregard an “order confirmed” notification, if you have in fact registered for a live program. We know it is a live program registration from the amount and the designation of a city.
LEEWS must be advised of any change affecting payment status by said 7:30 a.m. — by e-mail reply to your payment/registration confirmation or call 800.765.8246, 24/7 to leave 1) your name, 2) your phone number, 3) the program city, 4) your message. Please do not attempt to adjust payment via this website.

PAYMENT

NOTE: To ensure inclusion on class lists, AFTER BUSINESS HOURS ON FRIDAY PRECEDING YOUR INTENDED PROGRAM (5:00 p.m. EST), YOU SHOULD REGISTER AT THE DOOR!. OR BRING A COPY OF YOUR PAYMENT APPROVAL. Call 800.765.8246 to ensure program availability, leave 1) your name, 2) your school, 3) if applicable, the name of your group or a member of the group, and register/pay at the door.

Once payment is made, a $40 processing fee will be assessed for all program no-shows and/or cancellations after the Thursday (5 p.m. EST) preceding the program. Cancellations until that time will be assessed a $25 fee. You may transfer to another scheduled program for $25, thereby suspending and eventually cancelling $15 of the $40 fee after the said 5 p.m. EST, or at no charge prior to that time.

NOTE: Subsequent payment adjustments occasioned by joining/forming a group, etc. will be determined at program check-in and made following the program. Advisement of changes affecting payment status should be reply e-mailed or left at 800.765.8246 by 7:30 a.m. the morning of the program. Do not revisit the website to make adjustments.
